has been working in the field of ESL in Quebec for over 35 years, having taught at Cégep Limoilou for most of those years. He is one of the founding members of SPEAQ, the Quebec ESL association, and has served on numerous government committees at the college level. In addition to developing materials, Keith trains teachers in applying computer technology to language learning. |
